Through the RAC evaluation process, they gain the opportunity to showcase their accumulated skills, knowledge, and experience, leading to tan Attestation of College Studies (ACS/AEC) in the field. The program offers a flexible timeline tailored to individual competency assessment, allowing students to continue working full-time while participating in occasional evening and weekend sessions with RAC content specialists. The pivotal Validation Interview, conducted by a Content Specialist, evaluates the depth of experience, ensuring a thorough recognition process.
