Payment procedures

This page details the different options for paying your fees and tuition (if applicable). To see what you owe, consult your invoices on Omnivox (Omnivox Services ->Fee Payment). Click on the invoice number to get the detailed listing of fees which make up the amount to be paid.

Application of payments

Payments are applied in the following order:

  1. Outstanding debts from previous semesters
  2. Semester fees, non-resident fees (if applicable) and tuition fees (if applicable)
  3. Additional semester fees owing
  4. Optional fees (e.g. Vanier College Foundation, lockers)

To pay your fees, choose from one of the following options. Cash payments are not accepted.

Quebec, Canadian and non-resident students

International students

Vanier College has partnered with PayMyTuition and Flywire, payment portals that allow international students to pay their tuition fees in their home currency while saving on currency exchange and transfer fees. These services allow you to:

  • Execute, track and confirm your international payment online
  • Choose local, familiar payment options including bank wire transfer, credit cards, e-wallet and more for most countries and territories
  • Access multilingual customer service support via live-chat, email, phone and more
