For all withdrawals, students must complete the Course Withdrawal and Refund Form and send it to languageschool@vaniercollege.qc.ca. Before doing so, verify you do not wish to defer your start date instead.
After withdrawing from a course, students have a maximum of one calendar year to request and collect their refunds. Following this period, refunds cannot be issued. Students cannot request retroactive refunds for past classes they have not attended.
The Language School reserves the right to withdraw a student from a course for misconduct. In such an event, no refund will be issued.
Your refund will depend on at what point you withdraw from your studies:
For students with a Canadian address, refunds are issued by cheque and mailed to your home address. For students outside of Canada, refunds can be done via wire transfer. Please note that for refunds completed via international wire transfer, fees may apply. Please note that refunds can take 6-8 weeks to be processed from the date that the refund is approved.
If you wish for your refund to be issued to someone else, please fill out the Refund Transfer Form and send it to languageschool@vaniercollege.qc.ca.
