The Vanier College Language School is proud to welcome students from around the world!  This great diversity is partly due to the hard work of our agents, who work in multiple countries to recruit dedicated and hard-working students who want to come to Canada to study English and/or French.

The Vanier Language School is always on the lookout to work with even more agents.  Some of the benefits we offer to agents include:

  • A 20% commission on all tuition paid by students (per term, following the student’s payment)
  • A comprehensive agent training
  • Strong communication and collaboration between agents and the Vanier Language School staff

How to apply

  1. Consult our Program List to make sure that the types of courses we offer match with your agency’s profile
  2. Complete the New Agent Application Form
  3. Email the Application Form and your company profile to languageschool@vaniercollege.qc.ca.
  4. Expect to be contacted by a Language School staff member with information about your application (within ~1 week) and potentially an invitation to a call via MS TEAMS.
  5. If a collaboration is agreed upon, an agent agreement will be signed between the agent and the Vanier Language School

Conditions

Agents representing the Vanier Language School are expected to adhere to the following conditions:

  • The Vanier Language School only pays commission on TUITION FEES.  This means that any administrative fees, such as Registration fees, are ineligible for commission.
  • Commission can only be paid once the student has arrived in Canada and has begun studying.
  • Agents are expected to regularly update the Vanier Language School on their students’ VISA application status, and whether students need to defer or cancel their registration to our courses.
  • Email is our primary form of communication with students and agents.  Agents must provide accurate contact information for all students referred (email address & phone number).
  • Agents need to send Vanier College an official invoice requesting their commission, with their company name & logo, the invoice date and invoice number clearly indicated.
  • The Vanier Language School sends two annual updates to agents about courses, policies, etc…, however agents are expected to check the Vanier Language School’s website regularly to remain up-to-date with course dates, prices, and other relevant information.
